3-Month Workmanship & Parts Warranty

Every Repair Comes With a 3-Month Warranty

If a part we fitted or work we did fails within 3 months, we come back and fix it free — on any appliance we repair.

The Promise, In Plain Words

We guarantee our workmanship and every part we fit for 3 months from the day of your repair. That covers every appliance we work on — washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, TVs, and decoders. If the part we replaced or the work we did fails within those 3 months, the return visit and the fix cost you nothing.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers two things — and covers them fully:

  • The part we fitted.

If it fails within 3 months under normal home use, we replace it free.

  • The work we did.

If our repair itself fails within 3 months, we redo it free.

Some parts come with a longer supplier warranty — a bonus on top. Certain parts we fit, like oven elements, carry their own warranty from our supplier (often 6 months). When your part has one, we note it on your invoice. If that part fails on its own after our 3 months but inside the supplier's warranty period, we claim the replacement part from the supplier for you — the part costs you nothing and you only pay for the labour to fit it.

Same warranty, same 3 months, every appliance. No fine-print tiers.

What the Warranty Doesn't Cover — And What Happens Instead

The warranty covers our part and our work. It doesn't cover damage caused by something outside our repair. If that happens, we'll still come and fix it — it's just a normal paid repair instead of a free one.

Power surge damage

Load shedding and power spikes can destroy electronics in any appliance, including one we just repaired. That's not a repair failing — that's Eskom. We recommend a surge protector plug on any repaired appliance to help prevent it.

Overloading or use outside the manufacturer's instructions

Normal daily home use is fine — wash every day if you need to. But overloading the drum, running commercial-size loads on a home machine, or ignoring error codes and running the appliance anyway falls outside what the machine was built for, and outside the warranty.

Foreign objects and water supply problems

Coins, hairpins, and socks in a drain pump, or dirt, sand, and calcium build-up from the water supply damaging an inlet valve — these destroy brand-new parts and aren't a repair failing. If we open a pump we replaced and find a coin inside, we'll show it to you, clear it, and charge the standard call-out fee.

A different fault

If a new, separate problem appears — not the part we fitted or the work we did — the warranty doesn't apply to it, because it isn't our repair failing. We'll gladly quote and fix it as a new job.

Something Wrong Within 3 Months? Here's Exactly What Happens

  1. 1You WhatsApp or call us. Tell us what the appliance is doing.
  2. 2We confirm the terms in writing before we come out. You'll get a WhatsApp message stating it plainly: if the fault is our part or our work, the visit and the fix are free. If it turns out to be a separate fault, our standard call-out fee applies before we quote the new repair. No surprises at your door.
  3. 3We inspect — and we show you. We photograph the part we fit at every job. On a callback, we show you the original part and what we found, so you can see the diagnosis for yourself instead of taking our word for it.
  4. 4If it's our part or our work: fixed free. Done.
  5. 5If it's a different fault: we quote it as a new job. The call-out fee is R650 and we quote before any work starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the warranty on your appliance repairs?
3 months on our workmanship and the parts we fit, on every appliance we repair. It starts the day the repair is done.
Does the 3-month warranty cover my TV, fridge, or microwave too?
Yes. The same 3-month warranty covers every appliance we repair — including appliances that stay plugged in all the time, like TVs, fridges, decoders, and microwaves.
What is the supplier warranty on parts?
Some parts, like oven elements, carry their own warranty from our supplier — often 6 months. If it applies to your part, it's written on your invoice. Inside our 3 months, everything is free anyway. After our 3 months but inside the supplier period, the replacement part is free and you only pay labour.
What if my appliance breaks again but it's a different problem?
We'll still fix it — it just becomes a normal paid repair, because the warranty covers our part and our work, not new faults. We confirm this on WhatsApp before we come out, so you always know before the visit whether it's a warranty call or a quoted job.
Does the warranty cover damage from load shedding or power surges?
No — surge damage isn't a repair failing, so it isn't covered. We can still fix surge damage as a paid repair, and we recommend a surge protector plug on any repaired appliance to prevent it.
My washing machine stopped draining again — is that covered?
If the pump we fitted failed on its own within 3 months, yes — fixed free. If we find a foreign object like a coin or hairpin caused it, or the fault traces to dirt or sand in the water supply, that's not the repair failing, so the standard call-out fee applies. We'll always show you what we found.
Do you repair air conditioners?
No. We focus on the appliances we know inside out — washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, TVs, and decoders. For aircon work, use a dedicated aircon specialist.

Fixed Right, Backed for 3 Months

WhatsApp us a photo of your appliance's model sticker and what it's doing. We'll tell you if it's likely repairable before you commit to a call-out.
